Went to this doctor for transgender hormone treatment. I am hypothyroid and my thyroid was removed because of goiter in 2007. She did not believe my weight was due to this condition and refused to prescribe testosterone because it (debatably??) makes you gain weight. I have struggled with low self esteem and disordered eating all my life because of my weight and it sent me into a huge spiral of depression and disordered eating behavior. Even when I lost the weight and she put me on T, she still made disparraging remarks ("when you're 50 and your knees give out, you'll care about your weight") and humiliated me. I am now with a kind, gentle doctor for my trans care. I will leave negative reviews wherever I can so trans people know how cruel this provider can be.
